Order in Council 329/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Nancy Ferguson of Toronto

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective July 30, 2022.
