Order in Council 164/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2164/2017, dated November 1, 2017 James E. Dietrich was reappointed as a part-time member of the Municipality of South Huron Police Services Board for a period not to exceed two years effective August 25, 2017;

and

whereas James E. Dietrich has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2164/2017, dated November 1, 2017 appointing James E. Dietrich as a member of the Municipality of South Huron Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
