Statute: Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act Public Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister assigned the management and responsibility of the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act dated October 26, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve of the Minister assigned the management and responsibility of the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Training Board (Bermuda) respecting joint cooperation on apprenticeship matters in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or one to like effect; (

b) approve of the Minister assigned the management and responsibility of the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act entering into such additional agreements as are necessary in connection with or to implement the Memorandum of Understanding; and (

c) authorize the Minister assigned the management and responsibility of the Apprenticeship and Trades Qualifications Act to execute a Memorandum of Understanding in the form set forth in

Schedule "A", or one to like effect.
