OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 19, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 4(1) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to clause 2(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased, effective December 19, 2002, to assign supervision of the administration of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council.
