OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 1999, pursuant to the Sydney Casino Profits Charities Trust Fund Regulations made pursuant to clause 127(1)(

h) of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons to the Sydney Casino Profits Charities Trust Fund Board of Directors for a term of three years commencing April 15, 1999: Tony Martin of the Sport and Recreation Commission, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Patricia Drohan of the Department of Community Services, Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Gregory Lusk of the Department of Finance, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ronald F. MacDonald of Antigonish, Antigonish County; Bernice Doucet of Church Point, Digby County; Darcy Truen of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Allan B.

Bryden of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and Robyn Peterson of R.R.#1 Cambridge, Kings County; (

b) appoint Ronald F. MacDonald as Chair of the Sydney Casino Profits Charities Trust Fund Board during the term of his appointment as a member; and (

c) provide that the members of the Board who are not employees in the Public Service of the Province shall receive an honorarium out of the Sydney Casino Profits Charities Trust Fund of $100 for each member and $150 for the Chair for each day in which the Board meets and shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in attending meetings.
