With the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Manitoba, we name January 1, 2026, as the day on which The Highway Traffic Amendment Act (Motor Carrier Enforcement) (S.M. 2025, c. 30), except
section 11 and clauses 12(1)(
c) and 13(2)(c), comes into force.
Sur l'avis et avec le consentement du Conseil exécutif du Manitoba, nous fixons au 1 er janvier 2026 la date d'entrée en vigueur de la Loi modifiant le Code de la route (réglementation des transporteurs routiers) , c. 30 des L.M. 2025 , à l'exception de l'article 11 et des alinéas 12(1)
c) et 13(2)c).
