CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Farm Security Act (No. 2) (Assented to May 12, 1994) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Farm Security Amendment Act, 1994 (No. 2). R.S.S. 1978, c.S-17.1 amended The Saskatchewan Farm Security Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section 27.1 amended Subclause 27.1(d)(

i) is amended by adding Aother than the Farm Credit Corporation as constituted pursuant to the Farm Credit Act (Canada), as amended from time to time@ after Ainstitution@.

Section amended

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out Aand@ after clause (k); and (

b) by adding the following after clause (l): A(

m) the right of first refusal mentioned in

section 27; and A(

n) the right to lease pursuant to sections 27.1 to 27.9@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
