OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 26, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Natural Resources to:
a) accept the transfer of administration and control of land at Cape George Point, Antigonish County, being identified as PID 10096600 and shown outlined in bold on the map marked
Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from the Government of Canada for the nominal sum of $1; and
b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
