OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 24 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of responsibility for the Office of Aboriginal Affairs to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, QC, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2003-373 dated August 18, 2003; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Office of Aboriginal Affairs to the Honourable Michael G. Baker, QC, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs.
