OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 23, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 105 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1937,
an Act to Incorporate the Armdale Yacht Club, is pleased to approve by-laws made by the Armdale Yacht Club approved by special meeting on December 3, 2003, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after May 13, 2004.
