Order in Council 262/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 6(1)(

b) of the Psychotherapy Act, 2007, Steven Stijacic of Mississauga be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Mental Health Therapists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding six months, effective February 24, 2019 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
