OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 13, 2018, pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at Enon and Main-a-Dieu, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 15644859 and 15550080 and shown outlined in bold on the maps marked

Schedule “A” and

Schedule “B”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Lawrence Reginato, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $146,000 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Lawrence Reginato, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
