Order in Council 1576/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 110 (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one of the vice-chairs of the Ontario Labour Relations Board to be the alternate chair;

And

whereas Michael McFadden was reappointed as a full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council 1081/2024, dated August 15, 2024;

Pursuant to subsection 110 (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Michael McFadden of Toronto be designated as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of November 5, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
