OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 18, 2011 and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective May 20, 2011 to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Percy A. Paris, a member of the Executive Council, as a member of the Treasury Board, a committee of the Executive Council; and (
b) designate the Honourable John MacDonell, a member of the Executive Council, to be a member of the Treasury Board, a committee of the Executive Council.
