OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 25, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 2 of
Chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fatality Inquiries Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve the revocation of the appointment of Dr. Joanne Murphy as Deputy Chief Medical Examiner, effective on and after March 18, 2004.
