Statute: Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated September 15, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 16 of the Acts of 1990, the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Millie Colbourne of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) and reappoint Murray Salsman of Waterville, Kings County, as members of the Management Corporation of the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre for a term of three years commencing October 29, 2020; and (

b) order that Millie Colbourne and Murray Salsman be remunerated for their service in the amount of $1,800 per year, on a pro rata basis, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling their duties as members, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
