OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated April 12, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorized the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to: (

a) enter into an agreement of purchase and sale with Banc Commercial Holdings Limited for the purchase of land located at Oland Crescent and Suzie Lake Crescent, on the west side of Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, on the terms and conditions approved by Executive Council on April 12, 2017, with such necessary changes as the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal may determine; and (

b) execute such documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
