OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated August 30, 2001, pursuant to clause 7(2)(
a) of
Chapter 319 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, is pleased to appoint Reverend Jack R. Briggins of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Practical Nurses Licensing Board for a term of office of three years commencing October 1, 2001 and ending September 30, 2004.
