OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 26, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and all other authority in him vested is pleased to, effective on and after July 31, 2018, direct that all affairs and matters pertaining to the Senior Citizens’ Financial Aid Act , which heretofore have been assigned to the Minister of Community Services, be assigned to the Minister of Service Nova Scotia.
