OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated May 6, 1999, pursuant to
Section 72 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1998, the Business Efficiency
(1998) Act, and of subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 60 to 71 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1998, the Business Efficiency
(1998) Act, come into force on and not before July 1, 1999.
