OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works dated January 10, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased, effective February 11, 2025, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works, as applicable, entering into a net debt obligation for capital expenses associated with school construction projects as set out in the Five-Year School Capital Plan (2025-26 to 2029-30).
