OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated July 13, 2000, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-224 dated March 28, 1995, by striking out "one hundred and sixty-two million, seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($162,750,000)" in the fifth and sixth lines and substituting "two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000)", effective August 2, 2000.
