OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated July 4, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, and clause 18(1)(
c) of
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to appoint Judy Hughes of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as the Executive Director of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term commencing July 15, 2002, and ending January 27, 2004, at an annual salary of $54,744.30, in the stead of Charles MacDonald.
