Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective October 22, 2013, assign responsibility for the Chief Information Office to the Honourable Labi Kousoulis, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Information Management.
