OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated January 7, 2008, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 7(3) of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of David A. Thompson as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission made by Order in Council 2007-476, effective January 29, 2008; (
b) appoint David Gruchy of Halifax Regional Municipality, as member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a term commencing January 29, 2008 and ending on March 31, 2012; and (
c) determine the remuneration for David Gruchy as member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission as $200 per one-half day, plus expenses commencing on January 29, 2008.
