be appointed as a member of the Ontario Mortgage and Housing Corporation to hold office at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term commencing on the date this Order in Council is made and ending the earlier of December 31, 2020 and the day, if any, the Corporation is dissolved.
