Order in Council 1288/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act , 1996,

Jessyca Greenwood of Toronto

be appointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
