OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated December 22, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Teri Farmer, former Customer Service Representative and Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses at Halifax Regional Municipality office in Scotia Square; and (
b) appoint Vicki Lynch, Customer Service Representative of Halifax Regional Municipality office in Scotia Square, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective January 27, 2005.
