section after subsection (3):

chapter of the Revised Statutes of Alberta 11970< 2. At the present time a person wishing to establish a subdivision with less than twenty acres adjacent to a main highway, is re quired to apply to the Regional Planning Board even :though the Regional Planning Board has no authority with which to deal with this item. The Regional Planning Board ,simply refuses the ap plication and then an appeal must be made to the Provincial Plann ing Board. This is costly and needless and it will save everybody's time by making the application dire, ctly to the Provincial Planning Board. Title: 1972 (17th, 1st) Bill 201,
