Order in Council 407/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Robert Brown of London be reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 22, 2025.
