Order in Council 790/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 601/2020, dated April 2, 2020, David William Kent was appointed as a member of the Township of Augusta Police Services Board for a term of three years effective April 2, 2020;

And

whereas David William Kent has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 601/2020, dated April 2, 2020, appointing David William Kent as a member of the Township of Augusta Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
