Order in Council 889/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1076/2018, dated the 26 th day of September, 2018, David Lemkay was reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Vice-Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of that Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of that appointment;

And

whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1482/2019, dated the 17 th of October, 2019, David Lemkay was reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of that appointment;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3 (2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1076/2018 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
