Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to appoint William (Bill) Wilson, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, Peter Lederman, Q.C., of Truro, Colchester County and Myra Jerome of Musquodoboit Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court for a term of one year effective on and after June 22, 2010.
