Order in Council 813/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , David Langlois of Toronto be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas David Langlois was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective December 16, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1762/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1762/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
