B.C. Reg. 55/2018 , deposited March 20, 2018, under the WILDLIFE ACT [sections 97 (2) and (4) and 108 (2)]. Order in Council 132/2018, approved and ordered March 20, 2018.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2018,

section 20.05 of the Wildlife Act General Regulation, B.C. Reg. 340/82, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

f) a permit issued under

section 70 (1) (

a) of the Act.
