Order in Council 1472/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lois Figg was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 3, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1262/2020;

And

whereas Lois Figg tendered her resignation effective July 6, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1262/2020 be revoked effective July 6, 2021.
