OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated September 24, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act , is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment of ecological site to be known as Hectanooga Cedar Swamp Nature Reserve, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 30, 2019.
