OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the further report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated April 14, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act and
Section 5 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal proceeding with the financial closing process for the Highway 104 Sutherlands River to Antigonish Twinning Project, referenced in OIC-2020-087, effective on and after April 16, 2020.
