OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 27, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Tara L. Horne, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-627 dated December 8, 2000; and (
b) appoint Tara L. Norman of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term to expire November 30, 2005.
