OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 5, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 83A of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and

Section 13 of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister to lend money to the Municipal Finance Corporation from time to time to a maximum of $4,000,000 in Canadian funds on such terms and conditions as determined by the Minister in accordance with

Section 83A to enable the Municipal Finance Corporation to make short term loans to municipalities and municipal enterprises.
