OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 29, 2003, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (

e) and (f), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), 20 and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 8(2) and 9(1), is pleased to: (

a) consent to the decision of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated's Board of Directors to amend the terms and conditions of the existing loans to ECI Medical Technologies Inc. in the manner contemplated in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 29, 2003; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to assign the administration of this loan to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated.
