Order in Council 890/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 12 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Brendan Byrne of Essex

be appointed as a part-time member and appointed as Chair of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 777/2024 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
