OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 6, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(d), and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2004-264 dated June 24, 2004, which authorized financial assistance to CanJam Trading Limited in an amount not to exceed $1,850,000.00 as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of Minister of Economic Development dated January 6, 2005; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantees, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
