Order in Council 1065/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Annabel Slaight by Order-in-Council 70/2016 is hereby revoked, effective April 30, 2017 as Ms. Slaight resigned as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee.
