Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated March 20, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 39 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , is pleased to, effective on and after April 17, 2018: (

a) revoke the designation of Greg Cox, Department of Agriculture, as a person who may attest to Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board documents, in addition to the Chair or Vice-Chair, which designation was made by Order in Council 2016-127 dated May 24, 2016; and (

b) determine that Jennifer Thompson, Department of Agriculture, shall be a person who may attest to Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board documents, in addition to the Chair or Vicechair.
