OIC Number: 2007 - 25 Date of Order: Jan 12, 2007 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 19, 2006 and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Mayor Peter Kelly as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for the period commencing December 31, 2006 and ending December 31, 2008; (

b) reappoint Councillor Linda Mosher as a member of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for the period commencing December 31, 2006 and ending December 31, 2008; (

c) appoint Councillor Steve Adams and Councillor Reg Rankin as members of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited, each for the period commencing December 31, 2006 and ending December 31, 2008; and (
