On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Rafeena Bacchus of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective September 16, 2023.
