OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 11, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Animal Health and Protection Act , is pleased, effective on and after April 27, 2021, to (
a) repeal the Animal Health and Protection Regulations , N.S. Reg. 82/1987, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 87-457 dated April 14, 1987; and (
b) make new regulations respecting animal health and protection in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
