An Act to amend The Queen’s Printer’s Act.

Short title This Act may be cited as The Queen’s Printer’s Amendment Act. R.S.S. 1978, c.58 (Supp.), s.1. Rev. Stat. c.Q-3,

section amended Clauses 2 (

b) and (

c) of The Queen’s Printer’s Act are repealed and the following is substituted: “department” “(b) ‘department’ means the Department of Revenue, Supply and Services; “minister” “(c) ‘minister’ means the member of the Executive Council to whom for the time being the administration of this Act is assigned”. 1977-78, c.32, s.1; R.S.S. 1978, c.58 (Supp.), s.2.
