CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Cancer Foundation Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Cancer Foundation Amendment Act, 1980. 1979, c. C-2.1,

section amended Subsection 5(1) of The Cancer Foundation Act is amended by striking out “foundation” in the first line and substituting “body corporate”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from August 1, 1979.
